I’m still not sure what suddenly caused my little evergreen-type plant to dry out and start shriveling. I water it regularly. It may indeed be a reaction to the drafty north window. I moved it to a south window to see what will happen. Probably what will happen is that the other two healthy plants will get sunburned and then I’ll have 3 dying plants. Aren’t houseplants fun?
Two of my three fairy garden plants are also looking sad, but they are still hanging in there. When the weather warms up I may visit the garden center and find replacements. Or maybe all the plants will see me coming and run for their lives.

Hi Wendy, Are you still trying to save the sad-looking houseplants that you posted a few days ago? So sad that they weren’t very happy. Your Christmas cactus looks lovely, though. I have one bud that looks like it will bloom soon. I’m working on getting the cactus to bloom that you gave me. I had it on the living room floor for awhile near the picture window. It didn’t do anything there, so I moved it back into the kitchen. It’s now among the African violets. Maybe it will start showing its “stuff” just to show off!! Spring will be here soon!
