On Saturday we got over an inch of very much-needed rain that melted most of our snow and made little rivers and lakes everywhere including my backyard. Thankfully it eventually soaked into the ground.
The wild temperature change caused severe weather in our area including a tornado and straight-line winds that damaged trees and buildings just southeast of Madison.
A mere 24 hours later, Mother Nature decided it wasn’t spring after all and dumped several inches of snow on us. It’s still coming down.
I feel bad for the people who are trying to clean up after the wind/tornado storm damage. Now they have to shovel snow as well!
