In its second year in my garden my Peony ‘Celebrity’ cultivar still doesn’t look like it’s supposed to. And this one is known for its head-turning scent—but not my plant. But maybe that’s because the flowers aren’t all stuffed with petals like they’re supposed to be. I’m hoping that this peony just takes a few years to reach maturity.
