When that teaser heat wave arrived in March and lasted for a couple of weeks, I just couldn’t resist the urge to start some of my seedlings early. Thankfully I didn’t do that with all my plants or I’d be in big trouble right now. April was colder than March and most of it was unpleasant with lots of wind, rain and clouds. At this rate I will be bringing my plants out of the basement at the same time as I do every year.
My salvias are getting a little big under the lights:
And my impatiens have flower buds:
My coleus plants are looking pretty good if I do say so myself, but they are itchin’ to get outside and begin adjusting to the elements:
C’mon, Mother Nature, cooperate.
