Echinacea ‘Magnus’ is a perennial purple coneflower that grows 3 feet tall with 7-inch, pink flowers. The blooms are irresistible to butterflies and bumblebees. Goldfinches and other finches will pluck seeds from the dried flower heads in fall and winter. ‘Magnus’ thrives in full sun, but will also tolerate partial-shade:

Cosmos ‘Sonata Pink’ is an easy-to-grow annual. You can plant the seeds in the garden after the last frost date in the spring, or sprout them indoors 3 or 4 weeks before planting outside. ‘Sonata Pink’ grows 24 inches tall and prefers full sun. If you deadhead the spent blooms, the plants will continue to churn out flowers all summer long:

Daylily ‘Lea Ann Williams’ grows 22 inches tall. The 5-inch flowers are pink with a rose eye and a frilly gold edge. ‘Lea Ann Williams’ is an evergreen daylily that blooms in the middle of the daylily season:

One of my Echinaceas was a pink/purple. It kept blooming until well into October. I grew the pink Cosmos at our cottage, but they were not as tall as yours. I had decided to plant the Sonata carmine, but the garden center was sold out. Lovely flowers. James
